Service team leader (f/m)

Do you love guest contact, would you like to take on responsibility, lead a small team and do you like innovative, creative gastronomic concepts?
As Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for our lounge. You will act as the F&B host or hostess to our guests and ensure that service runs smoothly. You will be creative, have a talent for organization and a friendly manner.
Duties:
- Serving guests and sales in the lounge
- Preparation of various drinks and snacks
- Scheduling the service staff
- Coordinating and monitoring daily operations
- Ensuring quality
- Checking and ordering stock
- Assisting with further development and design of products offered in the lounge
Your profile:
- Several years of catering experience
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German
- Spoken English and French an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lead a small team and take responsibility
- Service-orientated, hospitable personality
- Talented organizer with an eye for detail
- Well-groomed appearance
